We stand by the durability and quality of our 3D printed products, crafted from high-quality ABS plastic for hours of fun. However, due to the many hinged parts and the playful nature of the product, we understand that occasional wear or breakage may occur. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best customer experience.

If you experience any issues, please contact us with details of the problem and photos of the item. Our team will review your request promptly, and, if approved, we’ll work with you to issue a replacement or refund. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small business!
